GET INVOLVED

How You Can Help Right Now:

  1. CSPRD is a grassroots effort—organized and run entirely by volunteer residents. We have no employees, offices, investors or real estate expenses. This means your support goes toward legal expenses, insurance, and essential operational needs tied directly to our mission.

Contribute to the Legal Fund: If you haven't yet, please consider donating to help us cover the legal costs of the specialist Land Use Attorney for CSPRD. Your donation makes a meaningful difference. It directly supports our shared effort to address the condition, safety, and long-term sustainability of our PRD13A roads. Every contribution strengthens our ability to advocate effectively and pursue the legal and technical work necessary to protect our community.

  2. Submit Evidence: If you have photos of heavy machinery, utility work, please email Steve with your photos and incident information.

  3. Spread the Word: We are ~356 (of 373) parcels strong, but we need every voice. Help us build our contact database. Talk to your neighbors and if they aren’t getting Steve’s email updates, that means we don’t have their email address. We want all 356 to get our updates!

  4. Report New Road Issues: the recent sinkhole on Pala Mesa Drive was reported to Steve by a civic minded PRD resident and immediately escalated to DPW Management, who, as of late, is beginning to respond and give some attention to PRD13A after being ignored for decades. We appreciated their prompt action and thorough resolution. We continue to push for the Wilt Road culvert to be replaced a.s.a.p. too.
