Your donation makes a meaningful difference. It directly supports our shared effort to address the condition, safety, and long-term sustainability of our PRD13A roads. CSPRD is a grassroots effort—organized and run entirely by volunteer residents. We have no employees, offices, investors or real estate expenses. This means your support goes toward legal expenses, insurance, and essential operational needs tied directly to our mission.

2. Spread the Word: We are ~350 (of 373) parcels strong, but we need every voice. Help us build our contact database. Talk to your neighbors and if they aren’t getting Steve’s email updates, that means we don’t have their email address. We want all 350 to get our updates!

3. Submit Evidence: If you have photos of heavy machinery, utility work, please email Steve with your photos and incident information.

4. Report New Road Issues to steve@csprd.com

   • The Wilt Road culvert was replaced (at a cost of $64,000) after 18+ months of being covered by a steel plate. Once again, citizen pressure on DPW helped get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, some of our construction-savvy residents have expressed concern at the quality and temporary nature of the repair.
